Bill joined the group in 1988 and has over 16 years experience in the employee benefits business. In this position he has overall responsibility for the delivery of administration services to our Australian clients as well as responsibility for the Corporate Services Group, which includes Legal & Compliance, Human Resources and Fund Operations.
Bill brings with him broad consulting experience as well as a significant involvement in the development of the Australian Service Centre. Bill has project managed a number of transitions into our Service Centre including the very successful implementation of the Australia Post Superannuation Scheme in 1996.
