Damon Riscalla is a Business Development Manager in Russell's retail investor services team based in the Melbourne office. He joined the team in May 2007 and services various regions throughout Victoria and Tasmania. His role involves working with Russell's distribution partners to assist in business growth, as well as broadening the understanding of Russell's investment philosophies within the financial planning fraternity. Damon enjoys assisting advisers in building their businesses through the provision of Russell's tools and processes.
Prior to Russell, Damon held the role of Business Development Manager with Leveraged Equities, where he was responsible for developing key account relationships and distributing margin lending and structured products. Damon has also spent time as a financial planner with Westpac bank.
Damon holds a Bachelor of Business in Finance & Marketing from Swinburne University, and a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning). Currently Damon is studying towards his Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.
