Kelly Harper
Business Development Officer
Kelly Harper is the Business Development Officer for Retail Investor Services in Russell's Brisbane office. She joined the team in October 2006 and her role involves working with Andrew Jago and Craig Higson supporting Russell's Retail clients. Together they work closely with financial planners across QLD, NT and Northern NSW.
Prior to Russell Kelly worked for the London branch of Merrill Lynch in Leverage Finance. She was responsible for the co-ordination of the business activities of the Capital Markets desk.
