1. Read our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for the Personal Division and the Financial Services Guide.
2. Complete the application form (attached to the PDS) and return it to:

3. If you would like to have your future employer contributions directed to your new Russell SuperSolution account, simply complete the Choosing Russell Form and hand it to your employer.
