Russell Investments Twitter Policy

The Russell Investments Australia Twitter account (@RussellInvestAU) is managed by Russell Investments team in Australia.
If you follow us, the type of tweets you would expect are as follows:

  • Views from our Investment Strategy team
  • Tips on how to structure your investment portfolio
  • General tips for superannuation investors and retirees
  • New research from our investment and consulting teams in Australia and around the world

Please note that we are not able to help you with investment or product enquiries through our social media pages. If you have a question about your account or our products, contact your client relationship manager or our customer services team.


@Replies and Direct Messages
We welcome feedback and ideas from all our followers, and endeavour to join the conversations that are directed to us or specifically about Russell Investments (Australian) where possible. However, we are not able to reply individually to all the messages we receive via Twitter. Any complaints directed to us will be forwarded within Russell Investments for appropriate action. The Russell Investments Twitter Team reads all @replies and Direct Messages and ensures that any emerging themes or helpful suggestions are passed to the relevant people in Russell Investments (Australia).

Please keep your personal or sensitive information secure at all times; this includes your bank account details, birthday, home address, phone number, driver's licence or tax file number. You will never receive a request from us for such information. If you do receive such a request, please do not respond.
