Government Co-Contribution Scheme

Take advantage of the Government co-contribution Scheme.

Step 1

View our fact sheet to check if you are eligible.

Step 2

If you are eligible, you need to make personal after-tax contributions in order to receive a Government co-contribution. You can either make regular or one-off contributions.

Find out how to make an after-tax contribution.

Step 3

You don’t need to apply to receive your Government co-contribution.

Russell SuperSolution will report the personal contributions you make to the Australian Tax Office for you. This means that your co-contributions will be transferred to your account automatically.

Your co-contribution will be made after you submit your tax return for the year. Please be aware that if you have changed super funds, or have more than one super account, the ATO may send your co-contribution to your other super fund.
