
Our members inspire new initiatives at Russell SuperSolution
Thanks to all our members who completed our member survey last October. Your responses encouraged us to rethink how we help you manage your super. We were interested to hear what you love about Russell SuperSolution and what we need to change or improve to serve you better. Members find insurance and retirement planning to be the two most complex issues they face regarding their Super. Contributions and consolidation of super are the two easiest super issues to understand.
Tip #1
In upcoming months, we'll be providing more educational information on insurance and retirement planning via our newsletter and our website. We'll be developing onsite seminars and online videos to assist on our members to learn more about these two key areas of their super.

This month in Achieve, we focus on ways to contribute more to your super. With easy, small steps, we list some hints and tips about how you can make saving for your super a regular habit. We also provide helpful super calculators. Look for more educational information on contributions in upcoming months!
35% of our members regularly use the website to stay on top of the super accounts, and 22% of members use email to send queries about their accounts. More members need to know that's it's fast and easy to watch our super online videos – and that we offer convenient onsite seminars at their places of employment.

Online videos are brief, informative online seminars about a range of topics affecting your super. You can watch our super online videos anytime. You can also speak to your employer or Human Resources Department to learn more about Russell's onsite seminars at your workplace to help you learn more about your super choices.
Members overwhelmingly responded that the Helpline was a fantastic resource and an easy, effective way to deal with any Super questions.

We'll continue to ensure that our Helpdesk staff receive quality training and continue to be the best super content experts – always available when you have a question.
