analysts held more than 5,200 research meetings and conference calls with more than 2,600 investment managers
in 23 countries. We also believe in continuously monitoring managers; managers selected for our portfolios
are replaced or reassigned whenever necessary.
The quality of Russell's investment manager research is frequently acknowledged by third parties as the best in
the industry. In an independent survey carried out by Greenwich Associates in 2007, investment managers
were asked to rate manager research firms on their qualitative research abilities and ability to understand managers'
investment capabilities. Russell was rated 'Best in Class.'
