Qualifying
After you apply for an open position, you'll receive an e-mail letting you know that we've received your employment inquiry. We'll then contact the most qualified candidates for interviews. Please realize that even if you're not contacted for an interview, we still highly value your interest in Russell. And keep in mind that if you're qualified for more than one open position, you can apply for more than one job at a time.
Interviewing
If you are chosen to be interviewed, the next step will include phone and face-to-face interviews, either with individuals or a panel of interviewers. Expect to visit us two to three times for interviews, to ensure that the position is a good match both for you and for us. If you're interviewing at our corporate headquarters in Tacoma, public parking is available nearby. All applicants interviewed either over the phone or in-person will be contacted with the results and information on future steps in the process.
Selection
If you're selected for hire, you'll receive a formal job offer from us. Because Russell does business in the regulated environment of investing, full background checks are run on applicants before an offer is made. It's a thorough process from start to finish, but also one that takes your busy schedule and your need for timely information into consideration. We hope you'll find it an exciting process as well, as you learn about all the opportunities Russell has to offer.
