Client engagement road map

Plot out the next two years, quarter-by-quarter, to ensure your clients are getting the guidance they need and that you're building relationships that matter.
There is no doubt that clients need you. One challenge is that clients sometimes struggle to remember your valuable guidance. No matter how strong your message, clients can be easily distracted. Some are inclined to make emotional, sometimes rash, decisions based upon what is happening at the moment, losing sight of where they have been or where it is they desire to go. A solution is to build your service around the Client Engagement Road Map. The Client Engagement Road Map is a tool that will help you establish a quarterly planning and service agenda and position you as the coordinator of your clients' multi-faceted financial affairs. Helping your clients articulate and then document their goals and objectives is a critical function.
Effective implementation of the Client Engagement Road Map will help you maintain your focus on each client and their unique circumstances. It will also provide structure for ongoing discussion of their needs as well as to visibly illustrate the value you provide. The road map will help strengthen your client reviews through a broader review of their needs, clear expectations about ongoing interaction, and pinpointing planning areas that are of the greatest concern to you and your clients.
