People behind the Russell Indexes Rolf Agather is the director of business development for Russell indexes. He oversees product development and management, and the implementation of strategic initiatives for the index business globally. Ron Bundy is the managing director for the Russell Indexes family of global indexes. He is responsible for the business activities related to the indexes and Russell Investments' data licensing business globally. Karen Bryant is the manager of finance for Russell Investments' family of indexes. Karen is responsible for developing and managing effective, efficient and fully integrated financial processes for the index business unit, including financial accounting, management reporting, forecasting and planning activities. Anne Johnstone is global operations director for Russell Indexes. As the lead of Russell's index operations team, she oversees daily production of Russell indexes and annual reconstitution globally. Kevin Lohman is the director of global sales for the U.S., international and global equity indexes. In this role, he oversees a worldwide sales staff that is responsible for marketing and licensing the indexes and the redistribution of data and intellectual property. Lori Richards is director of client service for Russell Indexes and responsible for global client service and relationship management while leading the Russell Index Client Advisory Board. Prior to that, Lori was a senior product manager responsible for the methodology, enhancement and the overall branding of the widely utilized Russell index product line.
