Russell Fundamental Asia Pacific Small Company Index As of May 31, 2013 The Russell Fundamental Asia Pacific Small Company Index measures the performance of the small company size segment by fundamental scores. The fundamental overall company scores are created using as the universe the members of the Russell Asia Pacific Index. Securities are grouped in order of decreasing company score for each index and each company receives a weight as a percentage of the sum of the weights of the individual securities within each index. Companies are split at the 87.5% point based on fundamental weights. Companies below this breakpoint make up the Small Company Index.
