Kristin Gibson Director, National Accounts - Retirement Services B.B.A., University of Iowa M.B.A., Drake University Kristin Gibson is director of national accounts, responsible for managing key relationships with Russell Investments' retirement service partners. As a member of the retirement services management team, Kristin helps develop and execute Russell's distribution strategy in U.S. retirement markets. The primary focus is redistribution of Russell funds in defined contribution plans through third party organizations. Through defined contribution redistribution relationships, Russell provides asset allocated portfolios, with multiple layers of diversification, to the large and growing number of plan participants within these plans. Prior to joining Russell, Kristin held the position of second vice president of Principal Financial Group's direct distribution channel. She has more than 16 years' experience in the defined contribution industry in marketing, project management, strategic consulting, operations and sales. Kristin holds a bachelor's of business administration from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Drake University.
