Ron Dugan Director, Global Equity B.B.A, Accounting, Texas A&M University M.S., Finance, University of Texas at Dallas CFA Charterholder, CFA Institute As director of global equities for investment management and research, Ron Dugan spearheads the investment content for non-U.S., global and emerging markets equities. Ron manages Russell's portfolio managers and research analysts in these areas, ensuring the investment integrity of portfolios, overseeing the manager research process, and coordinating the product development of global equity funds. Ron has over 15 years' experience with the issues facing endowments and foundations. He has a thorough understanding of the financial, operational and administrative issues in this field and has helped many organizations become more effective in these areas. He has served on several non-profit investment committees. Prior to Russell, Ron spent seven years at Baptist Foundation of Texas, where he was chief investment officer and vice president. In this role, Ron managed over $2 billion in endowment and charitable trust assets through a multi-style, multi-manager investment program he helped develop. Before this, Ron served as investment officer and financial accountant for the Meadows Foundation. Ron joined Russell in November 2000 as portfolio manager within Russell's investment management and research group where he had responsibility for several of Russell's U.S. large cap equity funds. He earned a bachelor's in business administration from Texas A&M University, and a master's in finance from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a CFA Charterholder.
