He is responsible for Russell's portfolio strategy desk, which provides investment advice to financial advisors who serve high net worth clients. Tim is also responsible for shaping and delivering capital market information and related intellectual property to private client advisors in the United States. Tim joined Russell in 1992 from the Lotus Development Corporation in Cambridge, Massachussets, where he helped develop real-time spreadsheet technology for securities trading applications. Upon joining Russell, he initially supervised the re-engineering of Russell's performance measurement and asset allocation analytic suite. In 1994, he was appointed assistant to Russell's global chief investment officer, a post he held through 1999, specializing in high net worth investment product design. Tim earned a bachelor of arts with high honors from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. He is registered as a General Securities Principal with FINRA and as an Investment Advisor Representative with Russell Investment Management Company.
