Russell boosts New York presence; adds TV studio
Strategists Ernie Ankrim and Stephen Wood join New York office

TACOMA, Wash. — October 17, 2005 — Russell Investment Group announced today the debut of its new television studio at the firm's Madison Avenue offices in New York City. The studio will be used primarily by Ernie Ankrim, chief investment strategist, and Stephen Wood, portfolio strategist, both having recently relocated to New York from Russell's headquarters in Tacoma, Wash.

Russell's Tacoma-based studio will remain in place for the company's portfolio management, strategy, manager research, and index teams located on the West Coast. Both the New York and the Tacoma studios are remotely operated by VideoLink.
