Russell in the emerging world
In 1990, Russell Chairman Emeritus, George F. Russell Jr. founded Russell 20-20, an independent, non-profit group of major pension funds and money managers. The purpose of the group is to assess the investment climate in a search for prudent investment opportunities in emerging markets around the world. Members make independent investment decisions and, together, represent about US$12 trillion in investment capital. Russell 20-20 delegations have traveled to nearly 20 countries.
