Bill Beggs is chief operating officer for Russell Investments, in the Australasia area. Bill has overall responsibility for the management of Russell’s major outsource providers as well as responsibility for the Australasian corporate services group, which includes legal and compliance, human resources, finance, risk management, IT and project management.
Prior, Bill managed Russell’s administration service centre for six years. In that role he was responsible for the delivery of a full range of superannuation administration services to Russell’s Australasian clients. Bill joined Russell in 1988.
Bill has had several years of experience in superannuation consulting, and has over 22 years of experience in the superannuation and finance industry.
