Chris Corneil is Managing Director of Investor Services at Russell Investments. He is responsible for the strategic direction, products, services and operations of Russell’s business across institutional and retail marketplaces in Australia and New Zealand. In this capacity Chris has stewardship of more than $A 20 Billion of funds under management and $A 80 Billion of funds under advice. He leads a team which delivers asset consulting advice, capital markets research, implementation services, funds management and alternative investments to some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading companies.
Russell guides the investments of many of the regions largest investors such as BHP Billiton, IBM, Harwood, Funds SA, Westpac, ACT Treasury, and others. Russell also works with financial institutions and intermediaries to bring wealth management solutions to small business individual investors.
Chris is a member of Russell’s Australasian Strategy Group, Executive Committee, Product and Risk Management Committees. He is also a Board member of Russell Investment Management and Total Risk Management, Russell’s superannuation trustee company representing the retirement interests of members of Bluescope Steel, Kraft, General Electric and many others.
Chris is originally a native of Canada and is an avid traveller with his wife and two young boys.
