David Feather, President and CEO,
Russell Investments—Canada
 David Feather was appointed president of Russell Investments Canada Limited in March 2010. He works closely with clients and oversees the company's institutional, consulting and retail businesses. Prior to joining Russell Canada, David was president of Mackenzie Financial Services Inc. During his professional career, David has also worked in the Economic Strategy Group at Ernst & Young and in Corporate and Government Banking at the Bank of Montreal.
Rob Baird, Director, National Accounts and Marketing & Communications
Russell Investments—Canada
 Rob Baird leads the National Accounts team and institutional and retail marketing team. Rob is responsible for managing the relationships with our distribution partners in the IIROC and MFDA head offices. He is also responsible for the strategy and direction of the marketing group to ensure alignment of goals with the institutional and retail businesses. Rob's career spans over 20 years and he has been with Russell since 2003, most recently in Russell's London, UK office.
Jim Fraser, Director, Product Management

 Jim Fraser is Director, Product Management and is responsible for product development initiatives and pricing strategies. Jim has an established track record built on 23 years at Mackenzie Financial Corp. Jim has an MBA from Schulich School of business and the CFA designation.
Samir Khan, General Counsel, Americas,
Russell Investments
 Samir Khan is the General Counsel, Americas for Russell Investments. Samir is responsible for all legal matters related to the business in the Americas region, including U.S. and Canada. Samir brings with him years of experience in the investment fund industry and prior to that he practiced in the area of offshore financing. Samir joined Russell in 2006.
Gregory Nott, Chief Investment Officer,
Russell Investments—Canada
 Greg Nott was appointed Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Russell Investments Canada in June 2011. As CIO, Greg is responsible for all aspects of investment management, including leading the fixed income and equity investment teams. Greg has 17 years of industry experience and has been with Russell Investments since 1998. He joined initially as a Senior Research Analyst in 1998 and become Portfolio Manager in 2005.
Carmel Orr, Senior Human Resources Business Partner,
Russell Investments—Canada
 Carmel Orr is the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Canadian business and New York office with accountability for providing Human Capital solutions that enable and support business strategies. Carmel's career spans over 30 years and she has held senior roles in a variety of world-class organizations, most recently as Senior Vice-President Human Resources for CIBC World Markets. Prior to joining CIBC, Carmel was Vice-President Human Resources at Merrill Lynch Canada. Carmel joined Russell in 2010.
Keith Pangretitsch, Director, National Sales,
Russell Investments—Canada
 Keith Pangretitsch, leads the Distribution and he is responsible for driving the sales plans behind new and exciting products and for building assets under management through current distribution channels and selective channel acquisition.
Keith was an integral part of building Russell's presence in western Canada and has been with Russell since 1998 as a Regional Director and Divisional Director, Western Canada.
David Steele, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer,
Russell Investments—Canada
 David Steele is Russell Canada's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the president and managing director of Russell's Canadian office. In this role, David is responsible for finance, operations, client reporting, information technology and administration. David joined Russell in 2003.
