Russell Retirement Essentials Portfolio
The portfolio is designed to generate monthly cash flow to meet essential expenses during retirement. This is accomplished by combining the growth potential of equities with the security of bonds in a 35%/65% split. The portfolio invests in six underlying Russell pools, which are diversified by multiple asset classes, investment styles and money managers. It also provides investors with a complete solution that includes the continuous monitoring and the automatic rebalancing needed to ensure that the asset allocation and investment portfolio remain on track.
Goal
To provide income and some long–term capital growth primarily through investments and exposure to fixed income securities and to a lesser extent, foreign equity securities.
