We have a genuine focus on our people and recognize that creative minds need time to reflect, re-energize, and learn. Because of that, Russell pays for training, ongoing professional development programs, and offers a top-notch tuition reimbursement program.
Continued education
Associates can choose from in-house competency and skill-building electives and more. Also, most accredited institutions' undergraduate (and certain graduate) degrees, programs and courses qualify for reimbursement under our Educational Assistance Program. Full-time associates are eligible to participate in the Educational Assistance Program once they have completed a minimum of one year of service. Russell also supports professional development through funding of career-related professional certifications and designations, such as CPA, CFA, CEBS and other applicable certifications. Often, Russell pays for participation in external industry-related seminars, workshops and conferences.
Mentoring
The Russell Mentoring Program provides an inclusive forum in which to develop, motivate and maintain our talented and engaged workforce by utilizing Russell associates' collective knowledge, skills, experience and capabilities.
Associates may apply to be mentored, or to be a mentor, and are paired with a colleague for a six-month mentoring relationship.
