The speech was delivered at the annual investment conference of the National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF). In it Don explores the aspects of the defined contribution (DC) system that he considers best, wherever they are found: from the U.S. to Australia to Switzerland to the UK. As always with Don, it carries a positive message: that we all know what it takes to build an effective DC system, and we just need to go do it.
