Delwyn joined Russell Investment Group in the role of Client Service Manager in September 2005. She is responsible for the timely delivery of performance reports, portfolio reviews, portfolio rebalancing and other service requirements to New Zealand institutional clients.
Prior to this, Delwyn was Risk Manager for Pictet Asset Management in London. During her five years with Pictet, Delwyn established a risk management unit where she had primary responsibility for equity products. This role involved comprehensive risk analysis of equity products, risk control, provision of risk related support and training for the business development, client relationship and investment teams, as well as participation in institutional client presentations.
From 1998 to 1999 Delwyn worked as Business Development Manager for Tower Asset in New Zealand with primary responsibility for the development and management of client relationships with independent financial advisors in the northern region. Delwyn also contributed to investment research, performance attribution analysis and various marketing activities.
From 1994 to 1998 Delwyn held various roles with Renouf Asset Management and National Mutual, where her responsibilities ranged from portfolio administration, marketing and new product development.
