SnapShot Introducing the Global Equity Strategies Fund
In August 2007 Russell Investment Group launched the Global Equity Strategies Fund. This fund brings together some of the world's best global managers and is designed to meet the challenges of investing in a global environment. Russell's Portfolio Manager, Kathy Cave, gave a series of presentations around the country explaining the importance of global investing and the rationale for constructing the fund.

Kathy Cave is a portfolio manager with Russell Investment Group. Based in Russell's Sydney office, Kathy is the portfolio manager of the Australian and New Zealand fixed income and cash funds and New Zealand share fund. Her broader Australasian portfolio management responsibilities include working with the London-based global fixed income team on Russell's international bond fund A$ hedged. Kathy joined Russell in 2005.
