Greg Stark Co-Managing Director - Americas   B. Comm. (Honours), Finance, University of Manitoba, 1990 Greg Stark is co-managing director, Americas, and is responsible for Russell Investment Group's retail funds distribution business in the U.S. as well as Russell's Canadian business. A member of Russell's executive and management committees, Greg is the senior-most executive with regard to setting Russell's strategic direction affecting all U.S. intermediary relationships, including the bank, brokerage, insurance and other advisory channels. He also serves as president of Russell's investment management business, the firm's U.S. mutual fund management company and Russell funds distributors, the firm's U.S. broker/dealer distributor. Additionally, Greg is a director of Russell Canada Limited, Russell's Canadian subsidiary that provides consulting services to large institutions and is a distributor of institutional and retail pooled fund products to investors across Canada. Prior to this new role, Greg was managing director of sales and client service in Russell's U.S. individual investor services. Before joining Russell's U.S. business, Greg held the position of representative director for Frank Russell Investments (Japan), Ltd., a Russell investment subsidiary. In this role, Greg was responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction for Russell's multi-manager investment funds business in Japan—encompassing retail, institutional and defined contribution markets. Greg was posted to Japan in 1998 to lead the formation of Russell's investment management services group there. Greg joined Russell's Toronto office in 1994 as a client service associate. In 1997, he was appointed director of Russell's high net worth investment management program, Sovereign Investment Program. Sovereign is an alliance between Russell and Royal Bank of Canada Dominion Securities that utilizes multi-manager investment funds. Prior to joining Russell, Greg worked at Richardson Greenshields of Canada, Ltd. as an investment advisor, specializing in sales and service to institutions and high net worth investors. Greg is a member of the Investment Management Consulting Association and is an avid golfer.
