The Russell Internship Program is aligned with business units to employ the workforce of Russell's future. The Talent Acquisition Team has developed, enhanced and grown the internship program over many years.

Our internships are a rewarding learning experience as they allow students to get a head start on their career, learn from leaders in the industry and work in a stimulating and challenging environment while being well compensated.
Russell provides internships that run concurrent to the school year which allow students to work part time while in school. We also have a formal 10 to 12-week summer internship program that begins in June and runs into August. The summer program entails an introduction to Russell Investments, professionalism workshops, networking opportunities, and building presentation skills.
